At the moment, Taskrabbit will only be able to support trampolines up to 14ft in size. This includes all shapes. You can see a list of trampolines which are available for assembly here.
Please note that for in-ground models, this service covers the assembly of the trampoline only; any digging or groundworks must be completed and ready before your Tasker arrives.
When you go to the Taskrabbit assembly portal, you will need to correctly pick the trampoline size you have bought so you are charged the correct amount.
If you select the wrong size and the Tasker you booked reports this, Taskrabbit may cancel your booking and you may not get a refund.
Please ensure you pick the correct size service to avoid any issues.

No, the Taskrabbit assembly service is strictly for building the trampoline itself and does not include any groundworks or digging.
You’ll need to have the hole fully prepared and ready before your Tasker arrives. To get the ground ready, you can either hire a local gardener or book a separate groundwork-specific Tasker through the Taskrabbit platform to handle the digging for you.

We'd recommend waiting until your trampoline has actually been delivered, just in case there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your delivery. It also gives you the chance to check that every box has arrived and all the parts are present and correct.
Once you have everything, then you can book your Tasker for a date that suits you.
Please note that we can't compensate or reimburse you for any losses if you book a Tasker before your trampoline has arrived and it then turns up late or with parts missing. For that reason, we strongly recommend waiting until your delivery is in hand before booking.

Please report any issues with your trampoline after delivery to us before booking your Tasker. Once booked, any assembly service-related issues are covered by Taskrabbit and not by trampolines.co.uk (e.g. assembly refunds, rebooking, Tasker feedback, etc)
